I went to see

The Last Airbender again today.

And to be honest with you, it is as people say, better the second time around. I did actually really enjoy it. I just sat back and allowed the film to take me. One thing I most certainly noticed this time around is how beautiful the Northern Water Tribe set it. I mean, I noticed it last time, but I payed close attention to it this time. It is truly breathtaking, isn't it?

The same for the Air Temples. The music again was one of my favourites of the film. And you know, the acting isn't all bad. Noah Ringer is definitely my favourite of the cast though. I think he does great with what he's given. And I find that because it's his first movie he needs a break to really get a feel for what kind of job he's gotten into. Just take into consideration that he never actually wanted to become an actor by the sounds of it. He wants to do Martial Arts and that's where the Last Airbender comes in, it combines both... Gah. I'm not really making much of a point here, am I?

It doesn't really help that M. Night Shyamalan was his first director too. I mean, I love the Sixth Sense, don't get me wrong. But since then he's gone downhill and his ego has gone uphill....

Not a good combination for someone breaking out into the film industry.

He's definitely good on the martial arts front though, don't you agree?

Moving on.

I'm going to leave you all now. It's getting late...

Night!
