For blogging today, sorry.
So, I've been to Bath today. I was really impressed. I loved it there. It was a really nice place. It's a shame that University of Bath don't do English. I mean, not that there's anything wrong with Bath Spa, it's my Dad that has the issue...
Anyway.
Not much time to talk, I'm going to bed as I have to be up early in the morning for an Open Day in Aberystwyth...
See you tomorrow, if I'm still alive after all the tiredness...

Not much time for
Blogging, as I am going to bed.
I've been downstairs watching Brothers. That film is so good. I love watching the film. It's one of those films that I'm not sure whether I should love, mainly because the story of the film. But I think the film in itself is utterly and truly amazing.
Anyway, I'm going to Bath tomorrow, and it's going to be super awesome (hopefully), then I'm off to Aberystwyth for an Open Day. It's going to be immense.
I got a lot of traveling to do over the next couple of weeks.
I'm not sure when I'll be able to update DYRM. I've got it on my plans. I've just been so busy with my mum and everything, writing has had to take a backseat.
I'll get back on the wagon for Chapter 31 soon though, promise. Maybe Sunday, after I've done all my homework and jobs around the house.

I'm just so exhausted
All the time. I don't think it's normal to be this tired all the time. I mean seriously, my house life can't be that bad, right?
But anyway, I have a job interview coming up with Asda's. It's called an Asda Magic assessment. It's a weird name, isn't it? But yeah, it's going to be my first group interview. I'm not all that nervous, to be honest, from what I've read about the actual stages that happen during the thing, it doesn't sound all that bad... and I get a tour of the building at the end of it all.
So, it shouldn't be too hard.
That doesn't mean I'll get the job though, right?
Anyway.
Not much else to say, not much else has happened.
So I'll be going now...

I Am Number Four
So, I told you yesterday that I'd been reading the book and that I was completely addicted to reading this book.
I finished it today. And, even though it wasn't amazing, it was still a fascinating read.
You know what I mean?
There wasn't really a lot of characterization going on throughout the book, and sometimes I felt as though some of the dialogue was quite cliche.
The plot made up for all of this. I thought the idea behind everything, though it may not be original original to people who've read similar stories, I found that in comparison to some of the books being released at the moment, it was a breath of fresh air to read something so different.
It didn't have any vampires in it! Though there was a mention of vampires, it was basically there just to make fun of them.
One thing I found that the book didn't really explain was why the nine remaining Loric's were being hunted. I didn't understand why they were being hunted. It was hinted that it would be explained in sequels, but it would have been nice to know at least one reason why they were continued to be hunted. Of course, the aliens themselves aren't the resource to the planet. Or are they?
Sorry, felt the need to put that there.
So, I'll be seeing you now.
Good book. I'd definitely recommend it to people who like that sort of thing, not sure about people who don't usually read sci-fi though...

I've been reading
I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore. I'm about 250 pages into the book, but currently, I'm hooked. Literally.
I go through phases in the day where I really just feel like dropping school so I can continue to read this book. It's that immense. It sucks that I have a lot of lessons tomorrow because otherwise I'd be there reading it all.
I'm free 5 & 6, so I'm definitely going to be reading it then. I'll tale in the next book on my list too, just to be safe, and that I have another book for when I hopefully finish it. It looks like I may definitely be getting back into my English reading.
The problem at the moment is Welsh reading. I just can't seem to get into any of the books I'm told to read. I think it's more of an initiative problem, and finding a book that sounds like a good book to read and going from there.
The only Welsh books I seem to get told to read are usually about farmers. I love to read sci-fi/fantasy, I don't think 60 year olds farming usually covers that, do you?
I think it's more a case of just finding a book and sitting down and reading it. Taking a good few lessons, but reading it.
Anyway, I gotta go to bed now. I've got a lot to do in the morning before going to school. Good times, eh?
So, see you soon. Hopefully I'll get back to writing DYRM. I'm still totally excited about writing that. I actually have a lot more ideas on where I want to take the story now that I didn't have when I first started the story.
See you tomorrow.

I'm currently not sure of what I think...
So, as you know, the reason why I didn't blog last night was because I was in Cardiff for Cerys' birthday.
So, we followed Cerys going into every shop that had clothes in it.
I guess, the reason why I'm not too sure about the trip anymore, is because of some things I said when I was drunk.
Of course, as you know by now, or guessed by now, I should say, I don't think I've actually typed it. I probably have but my memory is really bad...
Anyway.
As you know, things happened to me as a child that I really don't find comfortable talking about. I've never actually said anything about it, because I feel like admitting it to other people confirms that it actually happened. I know it's stupid logic. I'm in denial that it ever happened.
But yeah, I got seriously drunk last night. To the point where I don't really remember everything. But I know I told my friends.
I don't really remember how it got to me telling anyone. I don't really remember telling them. I just know I did. It was one of those things.
It sucks just for the fact that they've made it perfectly clear that they remember everything from last night.
I was kinda hoping when I woke up that everything that had happened was purely a dream and they didn't remember anything that was told to them.
I remember them promising to never talk about it. But how long is that going to hold out? How long until one of them confronts me about it. Asks me about it.
I'm not sure I'll be able to handle that.
Though, I'm kinda hoping that the longer I ignore the problem the sooner they'll forget I even mentioned it...
But yeah, other than that, I guess it can be called a good weekend.
I'm thoroughly knackered though, so I'm not going to bed.

Going to Cardiff tomorrow
So I probably won't be blogging tomorrow. I probably won't be sober enough to blog tomorrow.
So, I'm going to hopefully, talk about some things that have been going on in my life at the moment. Don't you feel like sometimes, people judge you based on an image you've built in school and bad mouth you behind your back without any prior knowledge of whom you are?
Yeah, you've probably had this kind of thing. Everyone has had this kind of thing. It wouldn't usually get to me. It has this time. It's probably because I've been a little stressed out...
Anyway,
There's this girl in my year called Carys. A basic run down of her would be peroxide blonde hair, loads of make up. Thinks she's everything. A huge ego, and not very smart.
You're normal every day slut, right?
Basically.
But, I've never really had that much of a problem with her. She's never bothered me and I've never bothered her, we generally tend to just live two different lives.
Or, so I thought. Apparently she's been slagging me off behind my back. I'm not too sure about the details, but a friend of mine was in the Computer room when she was in there talking about me and another friend. Apparently something about us always getting first choices and never standing up for ourselves.
I'm not really too sure, this is coming from someone else's mouth, so the information could be a little twisted.
So, initially, my thoughts were just brush it off. It's just Carys running her mouth again.
But the more I thought about it, the more I took offense to it. Offense isn't exactly the right word, but it's like, I'm a little pissed off at it.
First of all, she has no idea what my 'first choice' was. I'm guessing she was talking about what clubs we get forced to be on. We had to choose our preferences. It's all stupid. I couldn't really care less about what club I was in... But yeah, anyway, apparently, she's taken it to heart that we've gotten to our first choices and she feels a little left out.... You get the idea of immaturity already.
So, that one I'm not really all that pissy about. She could have done her research and found out, in fact, I didn't get my first choice. And she wouldn't have anything to complain about.
The second part was what got to me. The part about not being able to stand up for myself. There are specific reasons why I'm not all that confident. Of course, I haven't always been a really self-conscious person. There are specific reasons why I'm the way I am. She wouldn't understand any of them, life's been handed on a plate to her. My life has been a constant struggle. There was that thing before hand. When I was younger. I don't like talking about it, it's like admitting it on here will confirm that it actually happened.
That thing kinda ended my confidence.
I guess she doesn't know what it's like to endure that for two years, then have your parents cover it up, I was so damn traumatized that I blocked it from my mind, and when it all comes back, everyone refuses to acknowledge that it happened. It's gotten to the point where I'm doubting my own memory, I'm not sure if it was real or if it was a dream.
But everything felt so real.
I guess she doesn't know what it's like to feel like that. Then, there's the whole stress thing where I just can't be bothered anymore. I'd rather just go with the flow than stand up for myself. What's the point? It's not like it's going to change anything.
It was at that moment, that I felt like going up to her and screaming.
I didn't.
Again, it was like, if I ever admitted it out loud. It confirms that it actually happened. I'm not ready for that yet. And I wouldn't want to admit such a thing in such circumstances. I'd like for it to be kept a secret for ever. I'll just go on with my life as I do now pretending that nothing ever happened.
I just want to live a normal life.
But yeah, hope I haven't bored anyone too much.
I don't know why it affected me like that. Stuff like that doesn't usually affect me like that.
I guess everyone has their limits, right?
So, I'll be seeing you Sunday night now probably.
Hope everyone has a good weekend. Not so sure about mine, personally.
I'll cross that bridge when I get there...
